我個女已２歲，你哋會唔會教佢認字（例如A B C）或背乘數表等

We have started long time ago!  She can just recognise about 15 alphabets and 1-5 & 8 (numbers) now. She is now 22 months old.

I know some other kids can recognise all 26 alphabets (big & small) before 2 years old.

我都係慢慢教我個囡26個英文字母,同埋1-10,佢而家都識26個大楷英文字母(細楷未教,因為太懶 ),數目字佢都只係認到幾個,由1數到10(包括用英文講),佢係自己睇電視學識!

我個囡而家21個月~

我諗d小朋友吸收力咁強,如果你真係有心機教佢背乘數表,佢都會好快學識!

多謝你呀~ 本來我想自己湊愛林返學,因為覺得佢仲細,但屋企人個個都覺得我應該比愛林坐保母車返學,如果車錢方面,其實我自己送同埋搭校車係差唔多錢,不過我都可能會搬返出去住,我老公話下個week去睇樓,但一切都未定呀!!所以仲未答到你呀~~

我都唔係番過好多pg, 所以唔可以做一個中肯嘅比較。
不過kids corner口啤唔錯, 我個人覺得冇乜特別,
假錢偏高, 如果冇promotion我應該唔會join。
如果對一啲mami 好想係native english speaking tutor.
咁kids corner就附合到哩個要求。

淘淘之前返上水係中文pg,
英文唔係我focus, 因為我覺得首要係學好母語
而且好似大家啲小朋友一樣,
平時淘淘睇嘅dvd都係英文多,
都學到唔少, 唔需要再催谷
(其實我好想搵啲中文嘅but坊間好難搵到啱幼兒嘅中文教材)
上水個pg冇kids corner咁好地方同facilities,
but 我覺得佢同我都開心同投入啲。

I teach my son regularly but I do not force him at all.  Baby usually likes to learn because everything to them is new and fun.  Try to start teach her - it's never too late.  But do not push her just make it a relaxing learning process for her.

其實你的女兒才兩歲多，可以有很多不同的方式去教，其實就算電腦學數學及英文也不錯，順道可訓練小朋友之手指肌肉及記憶力，可於網上選擇一些益智的遊戲與她一起玩，如配對牌及射擊等)，答中了就給她稱讚一下，若不成功就要叫她加油，她便會有興趣繼續玩至成功，而不會太容易中途放棄。

my daugther also 2yrs (near 26mths) and I also teach her for a-Z and 1-10....and she know it....and u can try with lots of fun book and toys to teach her.

for maths....it seems too young to let her to understand.......

My son now 25 months, know a-z and 1-10 when he was 1.5 years.  He learnt these from the ABC floor mat and Disney World of English.  I now teach him simple vocab by using flash card (from DWE) and dictionary (Oxford First Learner's English-Chinese Picture Dictionary published by 商務 and Oxford University Press).  I highly recommend this dictionary as it contains many pictures, attractive and very lively, and easy to get child's attention to learn English.  Now, whenever my son saw the picture or see the word "dolphin", he points to it and says "dolphin".  

For maths, agree with jessie_lam, they are too young to understand the calculation logic.

My baby is 20 months. And she knows A-Z and 1-10 and some colors & shapes.  She's started to see English Times video since she was 10 months.  I think this helped alot.  Posters is also very important.  Recently, I surf the internet with my baby every night, i.e. a site to learn phonic, www.starfall.com.  My baby like it a lot and learn a lot from it.
