My boy also had the interview at 21 Nov. 2 years ago,the interview was quite informal, when arrived, will let parents and child play at the playground for warm up, then around 4 group of child+parent went into classroom, mainly talk to parent and ask the child a few thing (e.g. give somthing to mom....)
But not sure whether there's any change for this year....

anyone know the chances to get in? how many intake and how many people apply.

my girl had an interview this morning. unlike other school, they didn't ask my girl much but mostly observe my girl.

I received their acceptance letter 2 weeks ago, N1 pm class.  However, I didn't go to pay the $660 because I just want am class.

I got their offer letter finally. However, PM class offered.  I want AM class as well..... just wondering to pay $660 or not.....

My girl got the rejected letter ar...

Frankly speaking, my girl's performance was not bad.  She was only requested to play the toys (building blocks, putting different shapes in shape sorter, etc.). The teacher only asked my girl to say the word "lion" and she could do so.  My daughter saw a bird figure and could name the word "bird" herself.

I guess the only rejected reason was that the teacher asked about the communication language with my girl.  I told her that as my girl is taking care by grandparents and they only communicate with her in Cantonese.
(This is an international school. Students there communcate in English / Japanese (for Japanese students) )

Anyway, I apply this school as a back up as I live nearby.

they also reject my boy although the main language we use at home is English. May be because my boy was too active during the interview and he wanted to go out to the playground all the time  but he did answer some of the questions.  

Anyway, I do not find the teacher too focus during the interview as she looked around all the time, that just me an impression of not very passion about the job.

Agree, I have the same feeling that the teacher was not focus enough as I found her not looking at my girl sometimes....

The teacher applaused my girl as "Good" after the interview and gave a candy to my girl.

However, my girl still being rejected ...

my girl alsorejected by this school. but it's okay with us as she already got am offers from kcs and rosesaryhill.

i agreed the interview was not so organized as compared with other school.

Mine was also being rejected.  But it is no surprise to me coz my girl is a "small girl" (0810).  I agree that the interview was not good, they gave me a feeling that they are choosing parents rather than kids, my girl is taken care by maid and grandma, they seems prefer full time mum.  

Anyway, this is not my first choice, and my girl got another offer already, I may not pay the register fee even if they give me an offer now.
