所言正確，國內弄虛作假只在考生身上，請槍加高科技。
上次的SAT考試，因為檢查證明文件，用了不少時間。反而Tofel捉到槍手。

大陸高考每科計分，香港計等級，level 頭同尾分數可以相差很大。我反而prefer以前HK A level用A1 A2 A3 B4 B5 B6 C7 C8 C9...細分法來區分考生能力。
