真係好佩服你既EQ!! 我宜家上緊蒙氏指導員訓練班, 希望將來大家可以交流下. 其實統一的環境和教育方式不單只對BB是有好處, 而且家庭都會和諧D, 如果一人一個教法, 真的會引起許多衝突.
有似今朝我同先生, BB一齊食早餐, BB見到個太陽蛋好開心,  所以即刻用個手去撩隻蛋. 老公立即話"唔準" "唔得呀", 當然BB變本加厲扭計, 爸爸就要脅話如果仲係咁, 以後唔帶佢去食早餐. 我當然唔認同爸爸的做法, 事後同爸爸講反唔可以咁. 這樣會只會抑制小朋友的好奇心. 因為我呢排教緊佢太陽/月亮/星星, 所以佢對太陽蛋好好奇, 這是好正常的行為. 我地可以換一個方式, 叫bb用叉去撩下, 睇下d蛋液流出來. 不是更好的教育方式嗎?
當然可能有人會唔認同, 會有誤解. 但這不要緊. 重要的是大家互相尊重不同意見的人, 求同存異才是真理. 切忌作任何的人身攻擊.

Yes, BB can hold milk bottle and cup for water, I told them to let BB drink himself. I still saw they hold the bottle / cup for him.

I start training my baby to eat his cereal / congee with spoon... I think it is even more difficult to ask for their cooperation....

其實我聽兒童x限個邊的語氣似係好多野都未知, 他地只係話有20人就會開班, 所以我先上來開post, 諗住湊夠人law....

不過我都會再打去問下如果真係夠人, 幾時上堂同埋在邊度上...

我的eq唔高架, 所以初頭看到reply都好唔開心, 有d嬲tim, 不過諗深層, 他地出發點都係為小朋友著想, 而且咁樣都多左人reply....都有得益呢...
係呢, 你上的指導員班係唔係在兒xx限上架?  上幾耐架? 我好多野都唔識...你要多多指教呀!!!!  

我個b都係啦, 食粥時成隻手插入碗粥度lin下lin下, 可能他覺得好特別, 因為無咩其他野俾到他lee d手感la, 我都無stop (雖然有d肉酸 )...如果換左係工人, 一早"no"左他la....

Thanks for your sharing.
I really want to let my mom and maid to understand more about this teaching method and its benefit.  However, my main concern is the teaching media – English or Cantonese ??  Both of my maid and mom could understand Cantonese only.
While I was attending the class from Infinity, there’s a “grandma” joining the class.  After the class, I asked her comment, she told that the class’s good and let her know why her daughter “teach” her grandson in this way.  And, also, 2 months ago, I was watching a DVD talking abt a Mont school in Japan for those 5-month old.  My maid was walking around the TV and stayed for few minutes. Then, she felt amazing and asked me why those babies were so smart and she’s really want to know why and how.  
I am not going to push my maid & mom to follow what I did, but, at least, let them to know and understand why I did so.

個course都係980, 係呢, 你地知唔知仲有無其他蒙媽想幫工人apply, 如果係可以group埋一齊....因為他地話而家都係得幾個jar, 我諗我地自己夠人可以快過等他地... ...

Thanks for searching.

As far as I know, if you have taken the parent course, if your family member, say your husband or grandma, take the course, they have 50% off for the second family member.

I don't know if they offer the same for the maid as well.

Besides, some of our maids are Indonesian, and some are Phipp. Then language is also a concern.

We seem that we need to group Chinese class and English  class separately.
