☝🏻️May I confirm is this rule still valid nowadays as the priority for foreign passport holder has been removed already?

not sure if it is anvantage, it is pretty sure esf will need to take more passport holder with the requirements of70% foreign passport

如果未想好孩子走local還是international這條路，但都有可能走international，個人建議不要在意那區區幾千報名費。
也許year 1沒有interview的機會，但ESF primary的queue是一直排到year 6的。也許半路你會想轉到international的。

Yes this is ESF's game. 申請時已講明除了買NR, slibing, staff child, ESF kinder... 剩與申請者只能隨機抽樣interview, 即使有interview 又成功左都不是全部保証有學位；有機會waiting. 不竟學位太少；也能明白的。
