I also apply 10 schools.... one interview crash..... finally 9 schools...n finally get 3 offers....
the question is u can't apply too many, as the kids n adults will be fatigue in rushing to those interviews, but on the other hand, if u apply two few schools, n too famous schools, u may not get any offers.
so I guess apply 10 schools is more than enough... add oil...
