HELP!! CAIS/HLYIS 請問如何抉擇?

Parents:
我想幫亞女由傳統學校P.3轉去IS,僥倖地CAIS/HLYIS都收了她,請問應如何抉擇,最重要是老師有愛心/校風純品/學術方面中上吧!

My sons are studying in HLY, comments are very good, but I also heard loads of good comments about CAIS.

As their location are very different, I would pick the one near my home. Both are very ok schools. BTW, the curriculum is diff, CAIS is Canadian, where HLYIS is England curriculum.

Dear chisty,

If you are a Christian, or you like your child to be up bring in Chritian value, CAIS is a very good choice.

My son joined CAIS since grade 2, also from a local school. I think the teachers are very nice, good in both discipline and acedmic aspects. Reasonable amount of homework after school. My kid loves going to school very much!

Dear Christy,

I think what local university consider most is the acedmic performance of the student other than whether it is a British or Canada curriculum.

And as far as I know, students in CAIS may miss the chance of being admitted to the Chinese University of Hong Kong (香港中文大學), for this is the only U that consider excellent Chinese standard as one of the minimum entrance requirement , other U like HKU or HKUST, intake CAIS students nearly every year.

Agree, CAIS has secondary and HLY starts to establish the secondary cos SC cannot house all students from HLY due to limited space.

Again, both school are ok. Based on my statistics HLY has more foreign, even higher than those ESF.
