同意！通常裝修新淨啲，COVID 亦會有多啲support.

我有唔少親友在英國，但我都無搵人幫手做guarantor，寧願比一年租，簡單一點。

阿囡同另外4個同學合租，業主分開5張租約，租金每次交3個月

阿仔都係租依類，我覺得都安全，又係分4期比，又包水電

There are many in almost every cities. For example in London, I will go for the big name and popular ones which are more reliable, like

https://www.crm-students.com/student-accommodation/london/

Location (close to your universities) and cost for your particular type of room.

Don't go for those particularly cheap and photo-attractive ones, my experience.
