N班 AM定PM?

都唔係呀! 我囝囝啱啱開始番PN 下午班,好快幫佢轉咗生理時鐘,無問題wor!
反而我覺得小朋友適應力強d!

Initially, wake up at 7:30am (milk); sleep at 10:00-11:30; lunch at 11:30-12:15; school time at 1:30-3:30; dinner at 5:30; sleep at 9:00-9:30 (milk)

Now, wake up at 9:30am; lunch at 11:30; school time at 1:00-4:00; short nap on the way back home; dinner at 6:00; sleep at 9:30-10:00

If your girl can wake up regularly at 7:00 and is willing to sleep at 10:30am, then it's fine!
I've got change in pattern because when my kid sleeps late and wakes up late, then he can't/is not willing to sleep at 10:30am again!  Coz' he just starts school for a week, we're still adjusting to see which one he likes/adapts to!  It really depends on what time he wakes up in the morning!
