都唔係呀! 我囝囝啱啱開始番PN 下午班,好快幫佢轉咗生理時鐘,無問題wor!
反而我覺得小朋友適應力強d!

Initially, wake up at 7:30am (milk); sleep at 10:00-11:30; lunch at 11:30-12:15; school time at 1:30-3:30; dinner at 5:30; sleep at 9:00-9:30 (milk)

Now, wake up at 9:30am; lunch at 11:30; school time at 1:00-4:00; short nap on the way back home; dinner at 6:00; sleep at 9:30-10:00

My girl used to go to bed around 8:30pm and wake up at 7am and wants to follow your 1st pattern.  Is it because your baby cannot sleep back as early as 10am, therefore, you switched the nap time after school?  Please share more.  Thanks!!

If your girl can wake up regularly at 7:00 and is willing to sleep at 10:30am, then it's fine!
I've got change in pattern because when my kid sleeps late and wakes up late, then he can't/is not willing to sleep at 10:30am again!  Coz' he just starts school for a week, we're still adjusting to see which one he likes/adapts to!  It really depends on what time he wakes up in the morning!

Thanks for your sharing.  Actually, my girl won't start PN until this Summer.  Right now, she used to wake up at 7am and nap at noon.   So, I don't know if I can adjust her nap early than she used to .  Anyway,  do let us know your update about timetable!  Happy Nursery!!
