>>  以小一程度適合升讀 mover 課程嗎 ?   
>>  我見mover course 有d中心寫合小學3,4年級既同學, 小一學既話會否太深 ?

Can you tell me how old can start to learn 劍橋英語, I lived in Eastern District.  Do you know where have the learn class?

Hello,

Normally movers is suit for the above P.3 and it would be quit difficult for P.1 and sometimes they will have junior starter for P.1 in the early begining and they usually will have a testing for the children first.

my kid start Cambridge English Course when she was 5 (k3).  you may check wt British Council abt the location of the learning centre.

好似劍橋英語試如果要在香港考，小朋友就一定要夠6歲（好似係英國文化協會規定）至於難吾難就見仁見至，因為囝囝間幼稚園K2就去考PerStarter有幾個仲考Starter添。至於分數我就覺得都好好 至於course就係學校攪的，但我就無比囝囝上，因為都幾辛苦。好似由朝返學返到晚 我就寧願比佢玩多D開心D

As I know only York can arrange exam in China.  Shall I apply this exam by ourselves directly in China ?  If yes, do you know the procedure ?

It depends on the kid. It's not difficult to get more than 10 shields when taking mover at P1 or P2, and flyer at P3 or P4. Some even got full marks of 15 shields.

劍橋英語可以係香港考,其實我知有0的私人或其他非牟利都會同York合辨;小童群益會.另外可以瀏覽BC取pass paper for reference and you can take this exam via BC that you need to call them to get more info as my son is now studing in BC.

我個女在北角ABC(BK BANER都有賣橙色廣告那間)上劍橋課程好幾年, 覺得唔錯. K1開始讀, 過了一個學期, 家長日時班主任問我家裡是否有菲菲, 我話沒有, 原來囡囡學了幾個月已可以在堂上跟外籍老師英語對答, 當時我也很surprised. ABC荃灣都有branch, 一定是西人教, 每月學費一千多元, 可以考慮下!

佢剛剛今年9月in BC 開始讀P.1 class ,佢分為大概2個學期9-1月 and 2-6月,尚未見有很明顯進步,不果佢好鐘意.吾怕同外國人講,有時仲會主動係街同0的鬼佬傾計.因為佢0地上堂有Movie, games,drawing吾會死讀,故此小朋友容易吸收又易明白,再加上現在係小學又有外籍老師練習.

至於我區鑽石山小童群益-劍橋英語(school fee $450 per month).  But they have started on August and you could check with them  but seems not all teaching by foreign teacher.

想請問我個仔只得四歲半, 唔識 spelling, 只係識寫 a-z, 但係聽講就好 ok , 可以溝通, 敢可唔可以試下去考 prestarter / starter ? 定係一定要識得串字加埋成個字寫到出黎先可以考 ? 考果陣時係咪做 paper 成隻字串晒出黎架 ? thx

yes, 要成個字寫啊 ! 每個level都有vocab list, 要學晒個表既字.   你click去british council網頁寫得好清楚, 又有sample test download.
