I got a friend who's daughter can get a seat from the waiting list.  Her strategy is giving a call to school everyday to check the status, and to show her commitment. Eventually, they gave her a chance to meet the principal, and gave a place eventually.

You may try their way.

Dear all,

My family member who is a teacher in GHS primary section.

She said that you must write a letter to the pricipal to show your sincerity.

On the other hand, more seats will be released in Sept as girls will give up the seat in GHS and take the seat in other school (i.e. MCS, DGS, HY...).  Don't worry.
