St Stephen Kindergarten related to St Stephen school?

Can anyone please tell me if St stephen kinder is related to St Stephen school? Is it like St Paul, if your kid studies in the kinder you'll get a chance to go to the Primary?

聖士提反幼稚園是不能直升其小學,因為幾年前我舊同事的囡囡是讀聖士提反幼稚園的,但不能直升小學,她抽中了中西區的潮商學校,好彩結果私校聖嘉勒收了她,所以我印象特別深刻。
