聽講話原來sc的waiting list是騙人的,全部不收的都是waiting list

上個星期打電話問個職員，佢話waiting list只有出百多至二百封信左右．但我見身邊所有人的答案是ｏｋ或waiting list．
咁大間學人都騙人的．真另人失望

Yes. My brother's daughter was also on waiting list 2 years ago, and finally they received the call from SC at late August. Now, her daughter is studying at SC.

on the other point of view, we are not so hurted to recieved " rejected" letter, right? also, SC reverses the chances to accept those students, if some accepted students finally didn't register..

其實都唔可以話騙人既, 因為始終俾出街既offer, 未必個個學生都finally accept, 在學校立場, 出多d waitlist, 到時有必要可以call人黎讀, 雖然家長未必知自己o係waitlist頭定waitlist尾, 不過呢個stage, 誠意好重要, 有心讀既, 努力下丫
我就聽過有間私小, 真係interview完, 出offer, 有d waitlist, 其他好多都reject, 結果(撞鬼!)真係正選有人唔黎, call埋waitlist, 都收唔夠生, 結果要call返reject左既學生, 你話屎唔屎?!

I heard from someone that eventhough SC has seats available, SC will call the  waiting lists in Aug, so thinking it will be very late... as at that time i have already paid the school fee for Kenville la..., so if there is a seat in SC, i have to give up the one month school fee in Kv, school uniforms, and book fee,  wah!

話明waitlist, 預左係有一個人放棄, 至有一個位可以派出黎, 所以, 都係果句, 事在人為, 雖然唔知自己有無份, 想入既, 就要繼續努力
我個女都係o係waitlist(小一), 都預左7月至有call(輪得到的話), 真係長期抗戰...大家都努力啦!

I was also informed by my elder daughter's class misstress that if there are seats available they will call them in Ang. (My elder daughter is in K1 of SC, my younger daughter is on waiting list right now). Just don't know why it keeps them so long to make offer to those on the waiting list. It is really a torture, not just in the sense of money but mentally.
