yes, the successful candidates will be invited a second interview.
A parent from my kid's school said that he knows from the introduction talk of DBSPD

But I called the school yesterday, the staff said the second interview will be started at the end of Nov and early Dec, (not only in Saturday, some are arrange on the weekdays) and the result will be announced before Christmas. What a Christmas Gift!!

It's quite match with what I heard from the introduction talk. So it means the application not successful if we can't get any reply before end Nov. Ohh, applying DBS, I just take it as an experience for my son and me. Guessing no chance, but still

Hope my son won't be unhappy, coz he might get some stress on us. Luckily he did not say much after each interview. He hops and smiles everytime he's out (even after SFA interview). Amazing! Successful or not, we should proud for our boys!

Hi Natnatchu

I do not know as well. All the kids look really smart on interview. But I appreciate DBS as she really spend time (1 1/2 hr around) on observing the kids. Some primary schools just spend few minutes asking some questions, God knows what extent they know from the kids.
Hope your trip won't "hit" the 2nd interview!
