Where did you hear from?
From what I understanding, CWB Vic has the highest % of admission to VSA compared to other VEO kindergartens, but there is no such thing as guaranteed admission.
Even within VEO, different campuses have different %
Still 99% Y1 students from CWB and VEO.
50-60% CWB students get VSA offer. VEO campus shares the rest.
Students in stepping up programs has more advantages, that’s why some VEO campuses always have higher admission rate.
This include all the VEO campuses, so I guess it makes sense that different campuses must have different admission % to different schools rather than same across all campuses.
Your veo campus should provide you with the statistics for their particular campus on where kids go for primary 1 and how many got into vsa. Ours came as part of the newsletter. If you’re a current parent, you can ask you school for the statistics for that campus. They can even tell you how many applied v how many got in as that would be a better stat since maybe not everyone applies

Thanks for sharing this information. Could you share a bit on where these statistics are from? I've ...
CWB and VEO websites list out their primary placements. If you are VEO parent, you can ask the statistics of your campus.
I don’t know why stepping up program is not provided for all campuses. Perhaps some campuses are too small to run the program as it requires more resources.
The school will listen to the teachers’ opinions to select students into the program. Lucky draw could be used if needed.
