Another strength is sibling policy. Vic does give priority to those with siblings studying in vic but SC not. If you have little daughter or son, you will definitely need to consider this too!

Yes   but VSA gives priority to debenture holders, Victoria students.

Chances are smaller.  But not impossible i believe.

Debenture holders have higher priority then Vicyoria students, but then non Victoria parents weren't allotted debenture in the first place.

Debentures are supposed to be tradable the same way I S F debentures are but honestly I dont have the money so didnt find out exactly how to do it.

HG campus is listed as an IB candidate school already, which means their program has been following the IB curriculum.  If I remember correctly, the PYP teacher said they should have the certification within 2 years time

In their seminar they say that basically all campuses teach the same thing (all use IB method), the only difference is some campuses eg HMT are already officially accredited by IB  and some are yet to as the reviewing and accreditation process takes a few years.
