I applied for the CAC report within 2 weeks after the assessment, not sure if they will draw out old report.
But for medical cases in Government hospitals, one can apply full report at a fee. I guess the same rule applies to IQ test? Don't bother to ask (and ask and ask....till you get an answer )
For Twice Exceptional cases, sometimes HKAGE will hold seminar about it. http://hkage.hk/en/pz_te.html (this is old info). Last year I attended their course on parenting 2E kids. You may join them/search their site for some related info.
piglet, I did the pre-P1 assessment in CAC last year then applied for the report. It was $500+. I did not do another IQ test from other institute, so I could not compare if the report is the same thing.
Activehealth, I don't know if HKAGE offers course in English. But their staff are very helpful, you may call and ask them.
