1. Birth Certificate (copy and original)
2. 1 Photo
3. Declaration letter (to withdraw the Central Allocation)
4. Student Particulars Form
5. 2 white envelopes and 1 A4 brown envelope with HK$1.4 and HK$8 stamps respectively

Don't worry, I think you may receive the letter on today.

just wonder the I.D. no. of your son should be the last one/two on the list, was it exicting to find out when you screen the list? haha.
