我囡囡係0812, 而家已返緊PN, o黎緊9月亦都有K1收佢, 但有一間心儀學校收佢讀PN, 唔知讀唔讀好?! 我怕佢再讀PN會好悶...

PN就真係免啦,你要諗,到時佢的同學仔同佢差成年咁滯,個個仲係bb,佢會好慘的,始終pn教的東西真係唔會多囉!
當然啦,你手上的offer係點先,如果k1唔係咁ok,但pn個間係好正既,咁就冇辦法啦!你介意講下係邊間pn嗎?等多d人俾意見你!

知唔知hkps上k1係咪100%收呀?如果係,咁就真係值囉!講真,york......真係幾牟利,個人覺得,就算俾得起,都唔代表要咁俾囉,要英文好,出去上多d英文班一樣得!但有d野,york真係........(我唔想講得太白,明就明,唔明就當我冇講過)

我都覺得值，HKPS 好好呀，直上k1-3 係好路，就算唔係出年做超大仔好大機會考到其他好學校k1, 進可攻、退可守。你個係12月B 其實N班都返佐冇耐者（扣埋新年假期）repeat都無妨。

1. pn係比k1貴d
2. pn都係得個玩字
如果repeat k1 係一間心儀幼稚園就無所謂

my son is 0811, I have already decided to repeat for N1.

He has offer from York K1. But we will take KM N1.

My older son is 0710, he is in St Cat now. I can't see there is advantage as a small bb at all. Even the school ask us to consider repeating in K2 if we wish.

I think it is better to repeat asap. As the kid will know and want to be the same class as his classmates.

Teacher also told us that most of the primary schools perfer "big" boy. So if we force him to apply to P1 as a small boy, he will probably be disadvantaged.

You are already tell the trend of a lot of kinder moving to just accept big boy application. Because they want a good record of promoting to P1.

Of course, it all depends on your child. If you think he can manage, then no need to repeat.

Just my own sharing.

Thanks for sharing. I do understand the disadvantage of being small B when it comes to Primary stage.
Waa .... even St Cat will allow your bigger boy to repeat K2 ???!!!

I dont know whether I should take the KM or LH offer now ??!!!

Thanks for sharing. Can I know that if you will let your elder son to repeat K2?

My daughter is a 0812 girl. I was also struggling if i have to let her to repeat PN.

But I think one other consideration not yet discuss is about the birth rate. According to the census department,

	Total birth
2006	65195
2007	70394
2008	78751
2009	82906
2010	88200

And newspaper predict that there will be 100,000 birth in 2011. So the total birth rate is not constant but increasing.

To repeat one year may be more competition.
