Even the kindy is registered as 非牟利幼稚園, if the annual school fee is more than $24000, we are still excluded from the scheme ...       :tongue:      :evil:

私立學校裹d小朋友都係在香港居民，有權得到福利，成日叫中產人士生多d小朋友，非牟利幼稚園有沒有今多學位呀，這樣做是"分化香港"

This policy is really unreasonable.  Why only "non-profit-making schools" are entitled to the refund? Why only "under $24000 school fee per year"?  Can any BK friends explain?  

I think it's fair to assist those really low-income families or those families with more children.
