As I know, LLC is a kindergarden, not a nursary.  The enrolment form is available from July, and must apply before around Nov (as i remember), casue they will have interview on late Oct to Nov.  How old is your bb?

from what I know, the Kowloon LLC is the oldest LLC and is run by different management, anyway I heard good comments about all LLC except the Lam Tin's one.
