How do the school know they are gifted ?

How do you know your children are gifted as they are just 5 years old...

Whether gifted or not is really not a matter.

The core importances are the all round adaptabilities and capabilities prescribed by respective school.

A superkid IQ assessment proof could bring you nowhere nowaday and quite common.

好多家長都會為小朋友做IQ test, 如果IQ有130以上就是所謂資優, 不過, 大部分資優生都比較活躍, IQ高, EQ未必高, 招積, 心急無耐性, 坐唔定正正就是interview 大忌, 變相比人覺得直資唔收資優生...

其實搵間著重培養小朋友品格, 有辦法疏導資優小朋友情緒既幼稚園已經對將來面試有好多幫助

1.The school can choose their student among thousands of applicants, they of course know how to identify and it is not difficult to identify.
2.A clinical psychologist can tell you whether the child is gifted or not by an assessment.

Very true.
不過iq高只是資優的一種,資優還有很多範疇的.
其實很多家長是由於無法處理/面對孩子的情緒,向各方求助,最後才得悉孩子是有些方面資優.在育兒方面,這些家長絕對是有苦自己知的.
