any mami fm Tutor Time weekday?  can u comments?  my son in Suffolk rd 9:00am mon, tue, fri.  they hv 3 teachers but usually just 2 in class room, becos when mandarin lesson, only mandarin teacher and assistance teacher for around 45mins.  they are just like ladies fm mainland china, very typical chinese ladies, i must say!!!  i dont think the teachers are good since they are just teach and i cant feel the care and love.  my son is very active, sometime he wl go away looking for toys but assistance teacher wl stop him and force him to sit down and listen. for a 15months monkey, of cos, he wont listen and still trying to escape again.  in the same time, mandarin teacher is still teaching and not care about what's happening....???  In general, she seems not cares about are kids understand what she said in the class, she just wants to keep going until it is finish.  
the other 45mins is the english bold male teacher with same asistance teacher.  since my son is scare of him.  even he wants to talk to him, he just not looks @ him.  i know he is trying to please him by keep smiling @ my son. But this is the only way he use (it is nearly two weeks time now), he knows this is not work but hvnt try other ways to communicate with my son. So, even the teacher is hving very poor communication skill, how do they teach our kids to communicate in their langauage????  i just dont think it is good enough!!!!  

i am not sure the teachers in my son's class is got enough teaching experience.  i just think i am wasting money for the moment... and it is not worth...!!!!

i think the teaching format @ TT is systematic but apart fm quality of teachers.  is there any other good comments fm Dorset or Suffolk classes?  do u hv any good teachers recomment fm TT, so that i can join that class???  pls help and advise!!!  just dont know what to do,,, do i need to ask TT principal?  pls pls pls help!!!

My son is attending the Sat infant class at Dorset Campus.  We love the teachers, they are very nice and really care the babies in the class.  My son enjoys the class very much.  

I think parents effort is also important, I try to draw my son's attetion to the teacher in different ways.

My son also has pg lesson in the same centre as u.  I guess we have same teachers also, although we do not in the same class.  My son love to have lesson there.  He enjoys very much every time.  Especially Mandarin lesson.  I agreed that Mandarin teacher looks like from mainland China.  Her accent is very good and accurate.  I think it's good for childred to have this kind of teacher for learning language.  One time, my son is eager to read the story book which she held in hands.  He walked to teacher without my permittion. However, Mandarin teacher still hug my son and let him sit on her legs while she's telling story to the class.  Moreover, before the lesson start, I saw Mandarin teacher get into the classroom early play and talk to the kids who have arrived.  

For the male expat teacher, he is kind.  In my class, none of the children scare of him.  I go with my son every lessons.  While play time, I saw he also try to play with everyone.  Some small babies who are 13-14 months also smile to him.  My son play 滑梯, teacher also pay attention to him, ask him to mind his head.  Chat with my son and carry him.  He is nice to everyone.  

I understand that our baby still small, their concentration is limit.  I also try to lead my son to concentrate in lesson.  Teachers need to teach something new every time, it's quite difficult for them to stop and go to calm down those who're crying or walking around.  And interrupt other children.  That's why they need parents' accompany.

我女女都番緊dorset星期六既一歲Playgroup, 我自己就好滿意Mandarin teacher, 而女女亦好喜歡這位老師. 英文果part 係我老公陪上, 所以我唔太大感受.

因為孩子仍好細個, 集中力係差d, 我女女班中亦有時會有小朋友不肯坐定/大喊, 但我都同意monkey05 同kitty007所講, 呢d除左靠老師, 好大程度要靠我地家長/工人姐姐幫手去安撫個小朋友.

不過呢, 如果你真係覺得個老師唔夾你個小朋友, 轉第二班上課也是方法. 不如試下轉去dorset, 同學校講等佢安排下.

thanks for all of yr reply
i wl try to observe more.  now just my maid bring him there and my maid said he is better now, less scare to english teacher now.  hope he is getting better now.  to be honest, he just join there for a month, i think better observe for a little bit longer.
thanks everyone and i wl get better to report later
