I actually live very far away from the school. i live in Tsing Yi. So, we are planning to move next year.

BTW, where do you live ?

I wonder if any moms will know whether there is school bus to pick up from the Hong Kong Station ?

嘩! 你住青衣真係好遠, 其實我都唔好得去邊, 我住觀塘, 都打算遲d會搬去香港嗰邊住, 但未諗定幾時, 如果入學前未搬, 我會簡喺北角接佢, 或者睇下有冇保母車過九龍, 係呢你有冇諗過搬去邊呀?

yes, Tsing Yi is quite remote from Happy Valley.  We will definitely move but may not be before the school start next year.

That's why i asked if there is any school bus run back and forth btw HK station & School lor...

I may take Naomi (my daughter) to HK station, then she can ride on the school bus to school.  But my husband actually rejected this idea, he wants to take her the whole way from home to SMM.  I just want to have an alternative .... anyway, will see but definitely need to move.

I haven't planned which district to move to... any suggestion ?  We will not buy the place yet, may be rent first.

Yes, will definitely move to HK side but need some time to find a suitable place ar....

See u in SMM. I will go to do the enrolment tomorrow afternoon, as i am afraid the WTO demostration will become more serious on Sat morning.

Hi CouchPotato,

I live in Happy Valley so no need to take the school bus. If you live in Tsing Yi, it's a long way for your kid to go to school. That's the main reason why I choose SMM, coz close to our house so the baby won't feel too tired after school, also it can avoid 暈車浪.

Any good suggestions for renting place in Happy Valley ? Million thanks .

Hi CouchPotato,

Any budget for the rent? or what size of the flat you want e.g. 2 or 3 bedroom. Now the rent is still very high but I will suggest you to wait until 2006 coz most of the people predicted real estate will gone down.

You can also search "Tin Hau" since it is a very short distance for you baby to travel and the rent is more reasonable. (only around 15 mins for the traveling time)

我大女是SMM - K3. 現細女入06上幼信.
見你想搬多口一句.
SMM 是一間好好學校. 除了沒有外籍老師外. 其他我都十分滿意. 學校不只是教學生連家庭亦關注到.

另外如你要搬亦要考慮3年後入小學校網. 如你的是女兒我個人認為一定要選12區 (灣仔/銅羅灣及跑馬地). 除非你想入直資除外.
