世界龍罔學校劉皇發中學是band 3.....油尖旺o既band 2中學唔會太多，當中信義、賽馬會官立.....都ok。

Not sure why 世界龍罔學校劉皇發中學是band 3....., I think you are referred to the school in Tai Kok Tsui, really that bad, band 3, you have fact to support or just your observation or rumours. Pls provide your clarification.

我女女前兩年派位時也是屬油尖旺區的，當年老師向我們解釋過所有學校

In fact, my kid has just promoted to S.1 this year within this school net (i.e. Yau Tsim Mong). According to the information and opinion from teachers of primary school, various topics in different forums and most important, personal observation to the students as well as those data contained in the latest version of "中學概覽", "Lung Kong WSFL Lau Wong Fat Secondary School" should be ranked in Band III catagory.

May I suggest you to persual the school information as published in the late "中學概覽" regarding the aforesaid school in concern, I believe you should get some idea for my opinion. Besides, you could have a walk to the school vicinity after school to clarify the full picture.

正確！油尖旺中學得十幾間，而band 2似乎出現斷層，唯有在他區選擇！賽官似是油尖旺之“他區”中學！希望名額不要太少就好了...

just not feel comfortable, as what you said "observation", but it is only can evaluate the behavior of the students and the outlook appearance, but in terms of branding I will link up with the academic standard, that is the statistics information, so if only rumors but without factual information to support, it will be risky to classify a school is Band 3, since the band range is only Band 1 to 3. Band 3 will associate to the lose standard.

I have reviewed the content in EMB website but getting the sense of general info like no. of class and students, the academic of the principal and teachers but not the students.

每個人對每所學校o既評價都有所不同，有一些著重學校往績，有一些比較著重校風；各自投其所好............若然偏重於banding o既問題，它是一所BAND 3 o既學校係鐵一般 o既事實。

Here below portion of information published by the school, which have been extracted from 中學概覽 2005-2006 for your perusal. You should pay particular attention to those statistics and comments on the academic and discipline sections therein.

I would also like to remind you that there is no official banding announced by EMB, all respective school band are just collective opinions from the public. If you are comfort and agree with this school, why shouldn't you try it in first round rather than arguing.

But I do believe this is an open platform and require everyone's respect, if you disagree my opinion, that is fine but do not need

you can choose what you believe, I just want to be fair to each school before you advise to others, that is base on the fact. Or otherwise someone will make the wrong choice.

You should be aware that all school information as contained in 中學概覽 2005-2006 were provided by the school, they must be discretionary and favorite to the school side.  Hence, those parents access the data should interpret them in a cautious way.  May I propose your scrutinize the school details again to ensure you are fully understand the truth background.

No matter your motivation behind, may I draw your same attention again that this is a public forum.  If you feel you have contrary argument to my input, simply post it up with supportive evidence rather than non-sense opposition.

Once again, there is no official school banding announced by EMB, government authorities and related institutions.  All respective school band are just collective opinions from the public, it should of course be subjective judgment to individual school.

Finally, would you please share with us, which EMB website link can state to review and getting the sense of general school info in Hong Kong.

I have seen before a few students of this college saying foul language and smoke after school in Mong Kok.
