I went to 先施 today, the Lagostina 24cm pan + 18cm pan is $1688. But 24cm is really too small. The sales said can +$6XX to change to 30cm. If just buy the 30cm pan (1 handle, not 2 ears), there is 10% discount = $1602.

Then I went to Wing On and took a look of Fissler. There wasn't any demonstration, a 28cm 2 ear pan with lid is $1200. But the sales said there will be a Wing On VIP sale from 27/10 and the price will be reduced to $800. I went to Wing On Lagostina counter, the price will be $1602 also during VIP sale. However, the demonstration was really attractive and the sales said training can be provided. I can't make a decision yet.

It is very normal that u cannot make the decision.
The lagostina 30cm pan cost me $16xx. U may not believe, I try the demo food: Potatoes chicken wings, frozen chicken fry rice noddle, red bean soup........etc.  Very decilious.
then I ask my hubby to try ,
and then  I ask my inlaw to try ......
after that I bring friends to try.......

Finally , I bought it after watching the demo for 6 mths. I am very satisified, then I bought the pressure cooker too !!!

But Fissler:
no demo,no food to try.. I gave up.

嘩!你好勁啊. 今日收到永安"大出血"貴賓購物日請簡.剛睇完正想post的價錢出來,一上來就發現你做晒功課,真係好啦!唔駛寫到手軟.

我想買28cm平底雙耳煎pan同壓力煲,老火湯可以一個鍾內攪掂,咪節省好多煤氣費.

27號放工要第一時間去掃貨.

FYI:
壓力煲 I prefer lagostina.
1) the plastic rim of fissxx need to change every year if use daily, it cos $2xx..
But lagositina no need to change until5-6 years, cost is $30.
2) Lagostina 's handle is much easy to handle.

BTW: U are working mom???

Use 壓力煲 =省好多煤氣費. I use the Induction cooker, u may not belive, my Town gas bill is $120/2 mths. And my ele bill is $800/2 mths.
(I cook dinner everyday and boil chinese soup everyday)
Save the $$ for girl's training !

我住佐敦當然係去nathan road果間永安啦.講到壓力煲就千其要買最好個隻牌子,平國貨免問. 如果盍面有螺釘位就要小心的用,經常要check螺釘有冇鬆脫.我童年見過鄰居處因用壓力煲而發可怖意外...........

而家要返公,今晚待續.......

lagostina pressure cooker 出既時候我都有睇過, 我對d new product 好鬼有興趣, 但我又怕佢會危險喎..... 因以前d 舊pressure cooker, 成日有news 話會bomb架, 工人用, 又有d worry, 你覺得有冇險呢又?

I'm interested in the preservative free flu shot as well as childhood vaccines. I'll take my baby to visit Dr. Lam in this afternoon as he's running a high fever since last night. I'll also ask him if there's any supplement as prevention of autism.

FYI, lab test should be covered by most of the medical insurance plans. You've to request a referral letter by the Doctor and the diagnosis must be stated such as toxins/heavy metals posioning.

2星期後heavy metal test 會有報告, 我問 Dr. Lam 有關dmsa既副作用, 佢話有些小朋友一開始食, 會將身體內有害既菌都走晒出黎, 所以會病一場, 但佢地受過訓練, 只要適當地用, 就唔會有很大的副作用, 但就不會有行為上的副作用.

另外, 根據我對仔仔既觀察, 我問Dr. Lam點解每次療程開始時, 效果很好 (學校無投訴), 但後期就好似無甘好, 佢話以維他命supplement作為排除重金屬, 效果會比食藥慢 (如dmsa), supplement會令身體內的重金屬流動, 如果重金屬走到去腦部, 就會令表現差, 他說轉天氣, 或者家中裝修後的味道, 也會令小朋友的行為表現變差, 而排重金屬的療程中表現有時好有時壞也是正常的.

2星期後收到報告再同大家報告...不過預左佢實有野超標 ! food test 佢都甘多範, heavy metal 佢又點會走得luck... :cry:

事發有廿幾年前,當時在家突然聽到巨響.起初沒有理會,後來有鄰居通知有消防員及警察到場,當然第一時間走去八下.嘩!當時見到廚房入面每寸地方包括牆身,天花及地都爆滿牛腩,煲蓋飛脫時亦把週圍的東西撞爛,好彩當時戶主正在廁所而不是在廚房,否則一定毀容.

各位,

今午帶細仔去睇Dr.Lam.第一次見覺得他很隨和.佢提意我暫時不要比細仔打MMR一歲針甚至流感針,以防萬一.他同意比細仔食bio-treatment來預防及排去身體內重金屬.但亦要做urine test. 最煩就係要食少劑量DMSA三天才可收集尿液. 等佢發燒好番至算. 今次比左的supplement比細仔開始食同埋打支B12十glutathione有助退燒及排毒.仲有口服ala十b6,melatonin幫助睡眠,glutathione gel 擦腳.唔知點解近排仔仔晚晚睡得好差,攪到個工人熊貓眼.擔心C人呀!

我老細又係成日返大陸,係一星期唔見人幾日個隻.所以無王管,不過我有左細b時就開始半日安.久而久之就返得3-4個鐘,
側側膊,唔多覺.

但我阿仔上個月發燒時，dr trodd個姑娘話唔打得B12, 究竟邊個真？

Dr Lam 的流感針是否沒有水銀? 係的話我諗要幫我阿仔打，還未到流感高鋒期佢已經係個多月病了三次，今次仲發燒左三日，剛剛今晚才退燒，我驚高鋒期到時佢會捱唔住
