my son just asked me to check only. He didn't told me need to write any nickname..........it maybe my son didn't have any nickname.

i suggest to you that try to trust your son.

Dear all,

I am so glad to hear any news from kentville, no matter if it is from the same class of my son or not.

My son said they wrote the "capital A" at school, and suddenly he said "八月十五是中秋, 看看月亮玩花燈" which I don't know when he learnt that.

Last night, he also started to have homework, also the letter A.

Seems academic progress is the same in all classes. My daughter (Class 2D) also wrote "A" last night (& today too), and, sung the same chinese song. But she has not asked to bring family photo yet.
Seems up till now the kids are still busy with revision writing work in class (chinese 1-3, 10, A). Writing, writing and writing...hope it will not be too boring for them.

我個女都係K2M, 你個小朋友有沒有話你知上堂情況, 我個女成日都話唔記得左, 你個小朋友願意做工課嗎???? 現在開始有功課做, 遲d重多, 日日都3科工功課, 你個小朋友用左或右手寫字, 我個用左手, 所以有時好靘有時好難看.

係呀, 連續兩日都寫A, 第一日等我放工返黎做. 第二日我要佢放學之後就自己做, 我放工返黎睇就做得好過我睇住佢寫.

唔知你地的小朋友係唔係甘呀.

My daughter is also left-hander. Therefore it is hard to teach her the right way in writing chinese character, she always starts the line from right to left. Sometimes she writes the "B" "C" "E" in the opposite direction.
Does your daughter have the same problems ?

Sometimes she writes the "B" "C" "E" in the opposite direction.
Does your daughter have the same problems ?

I was told by a kindergarten teacher that this problem is quite common among small children who just start to learn writing. My son also has this problem sometimes eventhough he is not a left-hander.

Hello!

Our kids are in the same class then. My son also can't tell me much about what's happening in the class. He only told me that they have already learned the word "學" and the 配詞 are "學校" "同學". So let's keep in touch, therefore, we can share more about what we know, right?

My son is willing to do his homework. He is usually more behave when I'm not home, so I'll ask him to finish his homework when I'm out for work, but I'll do the final checking. My son is not a left-hander; however, his handwriting is also sometimes good, sometimes bad, all depends on his mood.

小兒都無同我講要帶photo, 而學校都無比label 叫我check?? 會唔會唔係班班一樣?? 不過佢都仲好似bb 咁, 問佢今日教過什麼, 有時就話唔記得,有時就話無

同埋佢今年係功課紙上唔係寫名, 而係寫班號, 唔係大家係咪一樣?

不過佢話小息時唔可以好似舊年一樣落操場玩, 只係落樓下去toilet, 之後就返上去茶點, 請問大家係咪真架??

My daugther did not want me to check her school bag on the 1st day she had homework. She insisted that the teacher asked them not to tell parents (of having homework) and do it by themselves ( to train their independency and self-confidence ? Not bad la).

On the 1st piece of homework (letter "A") I saw her name, class and no. written by teacher.
On the 2nd piece, she has to write down the class and no. by herself already.
