My child is studying in Australia in year10, but because of something, he plans to return to Hong Kong. Then apply left AISHK, and the email received the message to do 2h asses ...
why don't you email them and ask? Usually they are very fair and i would suspect it is to check they are age appropriate things. If you child is performing in Australia then you should not have an issue academic wise.
The other things for them to check is i) availability of places - which i understand they aren't that full in secondary school and ii) fit - will your kid fit socially and into the school ethos.
