從你提供的資料
2018 ， 3以上比全港好，只有3科，即3322一定唔會高過53.8 (因全港英文3以上數字為53.8%）

如2018 3322數字比之前大增20%，即2017只有3x%

又，2020咩都無講，仲要加句型Even under special circumstances, our students have made great improvements in reducing differences with territory-wide data.
我會有一定理由相信，dse 3+水平（所有科目）都比全港水平低

點解DSE咁差！係因為佢哋小學到中學,都係行IB課程，到升year 10, 就會睇下同學成績，成績差，會冇得讀IB，去讀DSE, 個d同學由year 1 - year 9都係讀IB課程，突然轉DSE課程，班同學跟本唔習慣，所以DSE成績就係冇其他band 1學校咁好。但起碼間學校都係band 2。小學冇功課和考試。所以如果想係宏信讀完小學，就出去讀傳統學校，咁你應該唔好讀宏信，小朋友中一會好辛苦，未必追得上出面課程。但英文就很定會好叻係傳統學校。
