Noble place is sux, not recommend!
But it is cost effective if you would like to join mon-fri playgroup!

I have attended both and Artsplus is definitely a better operated playgroup.I recommend Artsplus over Noble Place for sure.

np有好有唔好。如果講到policy， staff真係答你等於無答。我之前都有不愉快經歷(關於Miss)但請勿問我係乜，因為我女仲係度讀緊。
