First of all, you have to calm yourself down. There is never a short cut to learning a language.
Don't give too much pressure to your kids. An interest really takes time to develop. Try to understand where their problems are e.g. Can they understand what their teacher speak during class? Can they have sufficient assistance whenever they got problems in doing their English homework? Are their English lessons too boring? No fun?
Try to give them some more funny and interesting books. To start with, you may give them English books with lots of colourful illustrations. There are a lot of good and yet cheap recommendations in the other discussion forum. Through reading, one can improve his language skills a lot.
Moreover, all children like their parents to read to them and read with them. So, spend some time every night with them. Or, as near substitutes, you may buy books with CDs or cassette tapes for your kids to listen to while they are reading along.
