My boy attends arts plus and tt playgroup at the same time. I prefer arts plus more coz the teacher is more caring,they will take time to play and talk more to the babies individually. Plus arts plus allows babies to hv more sensory activities. most importantly less babies in class. BUT if u wanna secure yourself to get into Pn class, better choose TT playgroup...
