You can ask them approximately how many people are on the waiting list. From my experience, the Saturday playgroup class got a really long waiting list (almost 300 people), if you apply the Monday or Wednesday class, that should be easier as the waiting list is much shorter (around 80 people). Of course, these numbers are last year number when I applied. You better call and ask them the current situation before you submit the application. Entry age for playgroup at Victoria is 1-year old.
Also, you can consider Tutor Time - it is also good (my son is studying playgroup there). If you choose Saturday class, you need to wait for 3 to 4 mths.
