想請教一下, 有那些九龍區的幼稚園是比例傳統, 適合守規矩, 服從性強, 不是太有創意的小朋友?

To be honest, I prefer those K with voucher. A bit depressed that Munsang has changed the mode starting from 2012-13.

Any recommendation to me please?

But the idea behind this voucher system, is they have to follow the guidelines of EDB in order to maintain the status to receive voucher.

I am aware a few voucher-receiving kindergartens may not follow this guidelines completely, but I certainly wouldn't want to make this public. They will also faces challenges during the QA process, but usually they can rectify this and continue to walk on the thin line.

So if you are looking for voucher receiving kindergartens which are traditional, I will have to say no. But I guess what you described can still fit into most of the regular kindergartens. So no need to worry too much!

Throughout the history of HK education, there are series of back and forth movement to centralize and de-centralize.

Another issue is under inflation, many voucher-receiving kindergartens are facing the pressure from the increase of costs which cannot be covered by the max allowable tuition fees. There are some discussions on raising it already.

我覺得學校由收學券轉至唔收學券
同出生率跟經濟環境都有關

幾年前, 經濟唔好, 出生率又低.
好多學校都收學券.

現在出生率又高, 經濟又好.
一般學校都唔會收生不足.
只要是"好"學校, 更加搶崩頭.
根本學費幾貴都大把人讀. 要是我是辦學的, 我都轉唔收學券同轉直資. 點都FLEXIBLE好多.
