我個小朋友食左一個星期小培o既野﹐都有幾明顯o既進步。當然我各樣training 都無偷懶.好多謝hystericland!!

There are various types of butyrate,sodium,potassium／capule，Can you tell which type you had ordered?I'm afraid of ordering wrong!
Vitamins are needed in the supplement diet？

想問食這麼多維他命,會唔會有副作用呢?另外丁酸鹽的味道很怪,兒子不肯飲,怎麼辦?

Hi wmlmama,

暫時沒有發現，以我所知這些維他命都是水融性，即吸收不到會很容易排出體外。
另外我將丁酸鹽膠囊直接用水給仔食用，所以沒有味道很怪的問題；如果真的不能食膠囊，那就食 Apple Pectin 代替。

有的人一次要服食多种，或者一天要吃好几次补充剂，真为难人。下面是来自客人们汇编的建议。并不至于这些，您的经验和想象会使这个清单不断伸长。

混于橙汁之中
混于柠檬饮料中
混于红葡萄汁之中
混于梨汁之中
混于婴儿果汁之中
混于Juicy Juice®
混于V-8 Splash®
用酸奶
用布丁
用冰冻果子露
试一试可可饮料
试一试Hershey®糖浆
试一试花生酱，奶油腰果，杏仁酱
用搅拌机把水果变得很”顺溜”
用搅拌机制作(大米或大豆)蛋白饮料
把多种产品混入蜂蜜或果冻之中
把维生素(特别适用于Super Nu-Thera粉剂和液体)制成棒冰
把补充剂放在爆米香中
将不怕热的产品摇匀撒在煎饼上
放入西红柿(西红柿)酱，让小孩吃炸薯条顺便吃下
放在炒蛋中(蛋是煮过后的喔)
