有d野實在話唔定, 點可以勉強應承呢？另外d terms好似過份保護學校, 唔係以學生為本

其實我睇完份同意書，都覺得幾合理，正所謂「開正牌頭」，學校都唔想走回頭路，佢哋對家長和學生有這樣的要求，擺明係想提昇學生的質素，合則來、不合則去，而相對而言，學校為了保持競爭力，一定會提高教學質素，如果唔係，佢哋p.6升s.1會青黃不接，白紙黑字，會令我覺得佢哋很大決心去辦好這學校。

I think they should let me know those terms before I submit my application. It's so strange for point 3, 5, 7 ( I can't remember excatly for the number right now). But that was just what I thought.

As I remember, I also signed similar things last year without any hesitation as I thought these terms were standard terms of all DSS schools. Once you accept an offer from DSS, you have to give up the first round and 2nd round lucky draw.

Therefore, my last year's strategy was that I only would apply for the DSS schools which I would really accept the offer straight away. Otherwise, it would waste my time to interview.

As I know, some famous private schools also got similar terms as they want to pick the candidates who really want to study there or the school is the candidate's first choice that can also save the school's administration work.
