Both schools are good, they have their strengths on different areas. But it seems to me WKF is stronger in academic background because is backup by a university while Evangel is stronger in moral education.
I would choose WKF because of its better language environment, it has quite a few NET teachers and they use Putonghua in Chinese lessons. I heard people say that Evangel only have 1 NET teacher.
