Challen is a UK brand, and made in Malaysia.
C.Steinbert is Malaysian piano.
So, I don't think the quality of these two brands are good.
Are you going to buy a baby grand? Why not try Kawai?

Of course, kawai is not as good as those top european brands (e.g. Steinway & sons, Bosendorfer), but it's quality is better than many other european brands. Many schools, universities and musical institues also choose kawai in hk. Have you actually tried the keytouch of Kawai babygrand? I've tried a Kawai babygrand (GE-20), and felt the keytouch was really comfortable, not too hard and soft. And one important point I would like to remind you, european pianos don't suit HK's humid weather usually.

It should be cheaper at Joy & Fun, and you can check the price of GM-10 and KF-1 at 21809659. As I know, there's no music teacher discount at both shops.
