我冇改過個password...但試極都係login 唔到? 請問各家長妳地入唔入到? 是否有什麼特別login 方法?

我大仔(G2)前兩日自己login都OK喎, 照計冇乜特別方法。

妳login學校既Intranet得唔得呢？

Not only 貼, we cannot not login as well.

Earlier today my daughter could log in but something was wrong with the web, no book could be found even she entered the ISBN.

I suppose something is wrong with the web.

I just tried to login 5 minutes ago but it rejected our password.

我login到。無特別方法login不過password要跟大細草。你可以分別試下password用大草同細草睇o下會唔會係搞錯大細草。

用ISBN經常找不到書，如果係step into reading的書（書的右上角有個數位字，如2 or 3 or 4 or 5，係個圓圈入面)，直接入去 'All Series' 中就揀step 2/step 3/step 4...好過．　如果唔係step reading，就用level,如level 1, level 2, level 3．．．　比較容易搵到本書．

你要用學校比你的password,i.e.你小朋友出世紙頭一個英文字母（大皆）＋頭４個數字．

我仔仔的password組合不是這樣，是用上內聯網同一個password的。login冇問題，不過試過用search功能找書找不到，用"all" 由頭揾就揾到！

我入intranet無問題呀...password的大小草都試過晒...login 左2日都failed.....睇黎明天要call call 學校睇下, !! anyway, tks a lot!

最快的方法是用ISBN去search, 你可以在書後面找到這個number.

I changed the intranet password and threw away the paper given by school. Hence, I use the "yellow paper" and ask the English Teacher/Class Teacher to give me the login and password again. Now, it works.

Recommendation: whenever the school gives us any login and password, remember to write it on the handbook first (there is a page for this purpose).

My daughter went to Mr. Geiger and explained the situation. Then Mr. Geiger wrote a new login and password in her handbook. That night we tried to login again, it's working now.
