Re: St. Paul 2007 K1
I totally shared the same thoughts with you all that I want my child to have a happy school life. That’s why I chose SPK for my girl. Of course I absolutely believe the professionalism of the teachers, and it gives me a total peace of mind of sending my child to SPK. I’ve never thought of putting any pressures (drills on language training etc) on her, but just wanna know if anyone of you have some ideas on your children’s “leisure activities” (I mean the “non-academic activities” like swimming, ice-skating, drawing,). Maybe I’m wrong to put “phonics” or “PTH” in the examples of my previous message. Forgive me if my words make some particular parents misunderstood and uncomfortable.
Once again, I must thank some experienced parents here like Ching Ching Father, 翠鳥 etc for their invaluable inputs. This really helps me a lot!
Be frank, I was a bit upset and disappointed with some comments which were against my original “meaning”. This is my last message in this thread anyway as I think it’s always fun and better to read your messages instead of “being engaged”. |
