Nice to meet you too.  Your suggestion to have a gathering before starting school is very good.  Let the child have a chance to know each other.

I also live in Kowloon side.  Any suggestion for outing?

You can only apply for K3 when you kid is in K2.  The school only accepts application one yr in advance.

Yes, my boy is in 2N.

Their field trip's photos have been posted on the school web site.  I can see the kids working very hard and enjoying the trip very much.

You mean you want to apply for K3 in Sep 07 when your kid is 4yr 8mth?  Of course, you can.  BTW, what kinder class is your kid in now?  K1?

我兒子將會今年九月入讀 K3，暫時不知道入讀上午/下午班，因我報讀時，對兩個時間也沒有議，我估計...我兒子大多數也是下午班了！

有沒有人知道，上午班和下午班的上課＆放學時間呢？

How about Telford Plaza II in Kowloon Bay?  They can play at 波波池.....I suggest that they can meet each other maybe 2 times a month before commencing school, then they must be very surprised and happy when they see each other at the 1st day of school
How about the 1st Sunday of June....maybe after lunch?

CAIS told me that the AM class of K3 is 8:40~11:30  (but someone told me the class is from 8:40)
Sorry I am not sure about PM class, may be you may call CAIS and ask them, BTW, I called them last week to ask about the class of my girl will be, so I believe that they already confirm which class your kid is allocated.  Hope that you will be in AM class as well so that our children can be in the same class.

Do you mean 波波池 of Jumpin Gym?  If yes, I'm afraid the kids will be out of control and run around.  Besides, the environment is too noisy for us to chat.   

Thus, I think we'd better to take a more suitable place for gathering.  Anyway, let's think about it.

May I know is there any moms want to join us?

If you don't mind, we can go to 君豪會 (with free shuttle bus at Telford Garden), there they have a 兒童天地 with 波波池, the place there is quite big and not so noisy, my son loves to play there!

I contacted Mr. Lee last month, there is a school bus service from Telford Garden  to CAIS and it will cost not more than $550 a month.  He said the school will send us some documents later and a school bus service registration form will be attacted.

i am a member there but my membership will be expired in end of june/july (i cannot remeber which month). anyway we can meet there first and think of other suitable places later.  actually, if you guys want to meet earlier in may, i will be avaibalbe after 5 on saturday. after may, any sunday morning/afternoon will be fine for me.

If earlier gathering is preferred, I will also be available on Sat after 6pm and Sun after lunch.  How about TinaMummy?  Arrange the 1st gathering on Sat late afternoon in May or Sunday in Jun?

各位媽咪，
想請問CAIS係咪有kinder架？我響網頁見佢寫 'in 1996, a kindergarten was added.'，但係我又搵唔到有關資料喎....可以幫忙解答嗎？Thanks a lot.

K3 即係幾歲入讀呢？我個囝依家歲半，咁係咪要響其他IS kinder讀住先，遲d先考CAIS？難唔難考呢？

They start from K3, so you may let your son study in other kinder until K2 and join CAIS K3 later.  I think it is not difficult to get accepted by CAIS, my daughter is such a shy girl but was still being accepted.
