Reference Letters for XXXXXXXX
We have attended the Form 1 Admission Briefing organized by AAA on last Saturday and decide to submit our application for our son. We are truly impressed by the academic and extracurricular activities of the school; and we know in our hearts that this is an ideal school for him.
We would be grateful if you can provide us a reference letter so we can submit together with his application and the deadline of the application is 8 December 2006. The other DSS we would apply for is DDD, and the deadline for application is 12 January 2007 which is less pressing when compared with AAA.
The other two DP schools we are interested in are the QQQQ and the CCC, of course our final decision is based on the recommendation and advice from you and the Class Mistress. We would like to know your preferred arrangement regarding the reference letters whether we need to request separately for each school or whether you will give us the reference letters so we can send them to the respective schools.
We do understand the pressure in handling all the requests from the parents of both schools. In order to provide further information, we have attached my son’s overall profile, which we have used red colour to highlight his key achievements, and the reference letter from his tutor in ZZZZZZ.
