My information is 2-year old: As far as I know, Secondary school was band 1 school. Other has more recent news, please update!
In my son's year, there were only 2 classes of primary students but 3 classes of external students in Form 1, most of the external students were band 1 students!
Just as other mum said, the primary school's requirement was higher in recent years. In addition, there will be 3 classes of primary students in Form 1. The situation will be different.
St Stephen's is a good and all-rounded school. If my girl is not admitted by my 1st choice school, I will also register here.
In our experience, they work hard and play hard. The standard of the choir, orchestra are much higher than other school! I attended briefing and my girl attended interview of other new and quoted 'active learning' and quoted 'all rounded' schools. Their music standard is far beyond. In addition, the interview required children to answer English/Chinese/Maths questions! I therefore did not agree they were what they quoted!
