Today, my girl said study ABC again. I have already learnt that in kinder. May be it may a bit simple for them.

Today is quite cold. I have not bought the sweater for my girl yet. It's because I felt that is expensive for a sweater in a nearly two hundred. I asked the school administrator today, is there any school logo pin or any other like the secondary school that we can buy. She said no. Do you have any suggestion other than that XXX Kwong tailor?

Hi, Kaloslaw,

Yan Yan did not wear sweater these two days? It's cold especialy in early morning. I bought the blue school sweater from xxxx Kwong only because 唔洗煩. Is the school badge necessary? Or only blue sweater can do? You may clarify the school administrator. But to be frank, the school sweater is唔頂得冷。

今日我接她放學時, 見下午班有些學生的sweater without school badge.
Moreover, I had already asked the school administrator whether we can wear sweater without school badge, she only said that is the uniform.
(sorry, my chinese typing is too slow, I think I need to type more to improve)

My son took Cambridge Starter last year, the course fee is cheap, the teacher is native, but the main teacher Billy was very strict. They changed a lady at the last term. She is much better.

Advantages are:
1. 1.5-hour lesson at HK$69, the price is very attractive
2. Teachers are native and experienced

Disadvantages are:
1. Location, the Girl Guide Ctr is far and strong sunshine, not good for a walk
2. The schedule often changed, they normally organized few classes in Easter, Christmas, New Year's school holidays, if you like to travel out town during holiday, you often missed some lessons

My son will join their next class "Mover", since I want to let him practise his listening and speaking with "Gwai Lo" and they moved to Prosperous Garden, I think it is much better location.

而家到我揀小學啦!! 心好煩......
我都幾鐘意循道,不過了解未太深想請教下.
我知油天和循道的功課也算多,咁知唔知如果兩間相比,成績是那一間較好呢? 中學派位是否都是油天好些呢? 循道學生banding如何呢?? 有無發現循道在某方面比油天好呢??

未讀過油天, 好難將兩者比較成績.  只可以用客觀數據去睇.
循小功課一般, 平均5樣啦, 有D改正唔錯唔洗改, 當做少一樣.
油天硬件一定比循小好.
油天大約37人一班, 循小就大約32人一班.
油天69%上英中, 循小85%上英中(不過當中有3分2係入循中)
油天搵唔到band1人數, 不過都起碼5X%; 循小52.7%band1.  37.2%band2.
循小比油天好既咪係佢有直屬中學做backup囉.

視乎你生活模式去決定上下晝班啦.  因為係同校長, 雖然老師唔同, 但係大部份既都一樣.

真係好多謝你比資料我呀!
我個囝好活躍,專注力都較弱,適唔適合入讀呀? 呢間算唔算活學教育,無乜大壓力的開心學校呀?
我考慮都係因為佢有中學做backup,而無油天谷得咁勁(我估),不過如果我填第2(上午)和第3(下午)志願,唔知機會會唔會微好多呢?

幅畫你個囡囡畫架? 好靚好得意呀! 仲有埋立體陰影,係咪喺循道o既d課外活動學架?

過獎拿..幅畫佢細時向出面畫班畫架咋.
個人認為, 香港地無咩正式既活動教學.  話無測驗考試咪一樣要評估.  間間學校都唔想被殺校, 唔殺校一定要有學生入讀, 有學生入讀一定要有好成績比家長睇, 有好成績比家長睇一定多多少少都有壓力.  好多時學校唔比壓力家長自己都比.  學校唔教, 自己出去都搵人教.
但係而家好多學校又唔傳統得哂.  所以我諗間間都差唔幾.
好活躍,專注力都較弱 <-- 好多小朋友都係咁, 所以我諗讀咩學校都無問題, 不過可能你課外要跟足D囉.
第2 位你只可以填上午or 下午. 第3位你再填循道應該無機會, 因為太少位.  第3位你諗過一間入到都讀得過架啦.  我個陣就填基道.  廣東道官立都應該okay.

我都幾肯定9月29號岩席唔到. So要問下有關老師出席唔到就職典禮, 比唔比做委員囉. 比就做, 唔比就無計lu.

第2位先循道,其實都好似幾冒險,但唔拼'油天'又好似唔甘心. 只怕經此一併,會被派至第4,5或再後的志願學校,咁之後再回循道叩門唔知仲有無機呢? 因為我無選佢做首志願.
我諗都應該幾多人咁填法,請問你有無同學仔係咁情況之下而成功入到循道架?

至於基道,聽有位老師話下午班較好,但因為轉全日關係,現在巳搬走了. 而我對官立小學唔係好鐘意. 你會點排'羅裕積' , '基道','方樹泉'和'德信'呢?

Why don't you ask the teacher to buy it for you ? Then you can save your time. However, I can ask one of my friends about it as he teaches double bass, may be he knows it.

Yes, if the acadamic result of the child is low or his/her conduct is not so satisfactory, the teacher will have more patience towards him/her. (It is by my observation in MS and comments told by my neighbour whose son studied in 油天).

循道放第2唔冒險, 我識好幾個都係第2志願入. 佢用咩機制去揀叩門生我就唔清楚. 我朋友甲部揀過佢做第2, 都好似無得in. 唉

It is because the teacher did not arrange law. So, I get an impression that he is not a very helpful cello teacher.

吓, 填第2都無得in呀? 不過我都聽好多講座或家長都有講過如果向唔係填第一志願的學校叩門, 基本上唔會被列入考慮....
唉~好大的決擇呀!!!!! 好似無乜較保傽的方法行......一係比你抽到入band 1.......一係跌到唔知band幾.

I think you can ask Miss Wong about it as I know the cello teacher bought the cellos for some of the students last year. I think it will not create much trouble to him. For usual practice, the company will even give rebate to all music instrument tutor when they buy instrument. However, I will ask my friend about it.
