I learn ice-skating in Festival Walk for about two years, passed freestyle level 1 early of this year. Yes, the progress is very slow because I skip the class when there is long school holiday (e.g. summer holiday and easter) Also, I was too lazy to practice at the beginning. Anyway, ice-skating is a very good sport, I really feel young when skating on the ice and I can build up confidence (you know, you need to take the freestyle examination during session break, i.e. you will be the only one on the ice when taking the exam)
actually, for a beginner, you don't need to spend much money just (1) course fee..mine is one to one, so it cost $800 for 5 lessons, 1/2 hours for each lesson. (2) a pair of thick sock, (3) knee support ...must item and (4) gloves ...must item. later on, when you pass the beginner level, you need to buy your own ice-skating boot which cost around HK$1500 (after discount if you are the student of the ice-skating school) and later, a short tight pant with cushion for your pat-pat protestion..HK$300.
last but not least, pls do some streching exercise before each lession, otherwises it really hurt if you fall down. i do yoga every night, so far so good. |

, 我唔想佢輕易放棄, 但又唔識陪唔到佢, 就係咁我就開始左學溜冰la. 囡囡二月開始學, 我就四月開始, 而家上左約20堂. 囡囡而家好like 溜冰, 我都覺得好好玩. 我亦會前溜後溜, 剛開始學轉圈, 不過我無mud 膽 又無做開運動, 學得較慢. 囡囡跑我都追唔到.
不過..我都知唔同既鞋有唔同價錢,
