Why I can't find this form inside their website?

你去佢地學校網址http://krs.school.hk/~kindergarten/
，然後左手面選入學申請，入到去見到寫住二零一三至二零一四年度幼稚園幼兒班入學申請表 ，然後click呢條title一下就會有個pdf application form出現

Thx!  Last week, I couldn't find KM's form on their website too!  Only can see their admission notice!  Lastly I didn't apply as I think the probability is very low if those KG gets their PN class already!
