其實主流班仲好啦, 可以多D機會接觸中文.  我同事個仔是york畢業的, 她說她兒子的英數很好, 但中文較弱, 每逢暑假她要和阿仔補中文, 我同事是教中文的, 她個仔現在讀喇叭, 現在成績仍很不錯.

我自己打電話去問 K1 雙語班. 佢話只有0.5小時/per day是英文. 我都感到奇怪.

而普通話是一星期一堂.

係新生簡介會, 馮校長話York既國際班係新辦, 從前York英文出色既學生都係雙語班教出黎, 而國際班同雙語班既教學課程內容係1樣.

Although we cannot take XX at this moment, we have placed XX at the very top of our Pre-Nursery waiting list, and there is a good chance that XX will be admitted in the 2nd semester(i.e. around February).

唔係喎，之前聽有個媽咪寫，國際班和雙語班都是兩個鐘頭英文，只不過國際班每天要上半個鐘普通話。

國際班和雙語班，英文既課程是一樣的，所以不用擔心會淺咗。

另外國際班有外藉老師班主任+本地老師班主任，而雙語班是兩個本 ...

Mostly Eng, some Can, only 1/2hr Man per wk

Re: K1 Bilingual AM/PM class
My daughter only received "unconditional offer for 2012/2013 bilingual class", so no chance to change to International class.

I also asked about AM/PM class, the school person said I need to attach a letter to my Acceptance Slip, addressing to school saying your preferred time slot. So I sent letter today (deadline is 18/5).

so all seats in the international K1 are reserved for kids not attanding YORK PN ar?!

I remember in the parent briefing, Head Mistress said that a portion of PN kids (smarter ones) will be offered K1 International class by school's selection.

Only some International space for new joining K1 kids. Remaining PN->K1 kids will join Bilingual class, along with new joining K1 kids.
