播道書院第二round面試?

昨天的流程好順利, 比起第一輪快好多，見家長的安排比上次好好多，輕鬆好多。但今次囝囝話沒問普通話問題，上次就有問。

星期六in完出門口時, 見到盧校長同幾位家長傾計, o的小朋友o既label就送o左俾校長, 我同老公都不善詞令, 無行過去, 不過都叫阿仔送張label俾校長, 叫做同校長o既溝通踏出第一步.

不過其實盧校長所講o既"誠意"即是什麼呢?  係咪真係要每朝同佢見見面say hello呢?  咁我o地住馬灣o既又點做得到呢?   

有一感恩的事, 仔仔當日腸胃炎, 好彩不是太嚴重, 還能應付當日面試. ^^

ha ha.. 跟你一樣, 面試後發現盧校長同一男一女家長在遊校園,邊行邊說....何其羡慕 同阿女玩在一陣想走的時候見盧校長站在門口,但手上已hold 了近5 個學生面試後的lable在手.而當時正有家長在跟校長談話.觀察後發覺附近有很多家長處於等待與校長溝通啊!!我不敢走近...但後來又覺得機不可失! ha! 便叫阿囡一齊在旁邊走邊向盧校長say good bye.跟住校長好友善的向我們say good bye.我便馬上把label交了比校長及跟他說真好有誠意的.校長只說了一句:唉!今年真係好難做呀!我都明白既.申請既人二次是好多...接著,馬上又有家長走近他了...    那我便走了.... :cry:

Hi mkwok, 冇錯!流程好順利, 比起第一輪快好多. 但我囡囡最初出來都係話冇問普通話問題.但等多一陣又話有,問佢名字及有一些不明白tim.哈!我想佢真係幾緊張啊!!

yes...It is really a hard job for Principal Lo this year.
I met him b4 the interview. He come to me actually and said : "Cheer up, should be ok this time." I was happy that he can still remember me. I only have a chance to ask him a very short question : " If I failed again this time, can I still send you letter ? But should I send it thru mail ? will it be reaching you ? " He thought it over for 5 sec. and said : "U better hand in to me directly"........maybe this is 誠意....For a "man", I really feel shy to go to the school and stand in front of the school entrance (with suit b4 work)...but if it really help, I think I will try....put down my own pride which is worthwhile compared to my son's future.....

我同你一樣,若果自己的自尊可以換來個仔入EC,我可放下個人的自尊.....bty, b4 the interview,你叩左幾多次門呀?

There are so many 有誠意 parents, it is really difficult for him.....
But if I were him, I will take those 有誠意 parents only, since kids at this age are more or less like a blank paper. I don't think those interviewer have the ability to choose or have a standard and objective methods to choose among them....So just choose the 有誠意 parents............At least we will stay with him and not going away after the lucky draw.... :

I attend his presentation for 3 times starting from last year.  I go directly to him b4 the 2nd round interview for handing in the application form. That's it...Every time, only a short conversation because I don't want to give him pressure and actually I really don't know what to ask him already.

In replying your question in another thread. If I failed again this time, definitely I will go to Prin. Lo again directly. I will ask him to have an separate interview with my son again. If failed again, I will not bother U again.

my case same as u, i met him b4 the 2nd interview and  he told me that it's not too much parents went to 叩門

% is almost same : 1st round 130 against 700=18.6%
2nd round 60(after adjustment for those not registered) against 300 = 20%

我interview時個老師話今次收50個, 因為校長想下年每班少人d喎!

我地臨走時見盧校長同一個工友傾計,我地同小女同盧校長揮手拜拜....完全冇諗過可以俾個label校長 盧校長俾我感覺好nice.

唔好意思, 請問你報左幾多間直資�私校, 播道是首選, 除了对盧校長的愛心、能力之外, 會否有其他原因, 你有否朋友的仔女在播道讀,是否住tko or 觀塘區?

其實大部份直資�私校都是以活動教學，少測考，小班，NET为賣点，分別在於行政、校長、宗教，甚至是地点、校舍。播道是我首選，主要是对盧校長的愛心、能力投上信心一票，加上宗教背境、地埋環 境，總分是最高的。:

I live in Lam Tin currently but I am planning ot move to TKO soon (in preparing for school in TKO).
So distance is one of the reason.
-Most important is the belief in Principal Lo's ability and heart.
-Teaching Language and methods
-Religion
-feeling of warm-hearted , I mean the staff, teachers
-Finally, the school hardwares.
Of course, there aer shortfall which is "brand-new", no historical record and no proven record on administration.
