You are welcome.  But the earlier the interview date does not mean the higher the chance to get the offer.  Thus, we still need to work hard.

Whether those interviewed first have a better chance or not is just our speculation - we have no way of knowing it.  Just as some of the previous posts mentioned, a child could be interviewed last but still be admitted.

學校話最遲26/10面試，根據最近o既經驗，學校會俾最多一星期通知你去面試，你又係最後一日至交表，等到下個禮拜至收到信都唔出奇呀!

I've checked last year 2nd interview disucssion, and some of the candidate received 2nd int. call on 27/10 last year.....

So, will SPCC start to call 2nd interview right after 26/10?  As per your previous experience, any 2nd interview will be held on Sat? or Sun?

I'm sorry I have no "previous experience" to share because my son is also in this year's "game". :)

All the school told me was:
(1) If you haven't received the 1st interview notification by 20/10, you should call the school;
(2) The expected last 1st interview date is 26/10.

I plan to ask when the staff there check the documents while my son is being interviewed.  Presumably the 2nd interview will start after the 1st interview has finished.  I heard that the interview is invariably held on weekdays.

1xx-3xx o既分法好似同以前講o既有d出入。

4xx就應該係最多人，唔係最少人。

My no. is 03xx.  Interview dated at 27/9 12:50pm.  Form submitted at 6/9, 9:15am. I'm the group of "not related", and "Christian".  But not being under "校董職員" catagory wow......

同其他interivew 撞期....一定要放棄了..因為機會太低了

My experience tells me :

There are four group:

1) related and christian
2) related
3) unrelated and christian
4) unrelated

Two lines are formed :

A) Gorup 1 + 2
B) Group 3 + 4

both group will have interview started on the same date.  

Line A will be interviewed by headmistress and Line B by deputy headmistress.  Interview for Line A (I was told some years ago there were about 500 appicatants under this Line) will be finished first.  Then the headmistress will joint the interview for Line B.  If you believe being interviewed by headmistress has advantage, receiving a letter at later stage may have a higher chance of that.

I think this arragement hold ture for the last three years, not sure about this year.

Last, I do not think 校董's children/grand children need to attend the interview.  Even they do, I think it is only formality.  It is different from having a recommedation letter from 校董.

我聽朋友講年年有關係既差不多都有600-700個,
包括你o地講既有兄弟姊妹現正讀既+父母兄弟舊生.  
咁剩番o既就係有宗教分+完全都冇關係o既.
所以,2300扣左朋友話既600 or 700 or 800人,
都有1200-1500人渦~
雖然李校長話會多於30% ,但是 千幾人爭30%-40%既位都係難~

佢都係有姐姐讀緊,所以,並唔係27/9就全部見完

其實校董數目有限，所佔申請人比例應該不大。倒是校友子女兩天內(25/9+27/9)就全部見完，我就覺得比較意外。(根據本文章一些看官早前提供的資料，27/9已有無關係/基督徒開始面試，因此得出此推論。)

Board members' kids / grandchildren also need to be interviewed. Also last year my friend's daughter was interviewed by Vice Principal. My friend is in the related group. So I don't think there is a definite format. It's really depends on the Headmistress and Vice Principals' schedule.

My son had the interview yesterday. He told me that he was interviewed by the "headmistress", but I don't know it is real or not. He said only very few questions were asked. Is it the same case as your kids?

Some parents said the principle will select some children and take photo with them after the interview. Is that mean those children has higher chance for 2nd interview?
